Slipknot
In 1999 they burst onto the Thrash Metal scene and took over completly. Their album was an incrdible success and went gold within months. The group consists of nine members each with their own special part to play. They are overpowering when you listen to them on their album but live they are just increbible. I've had the pleasure of seeing them live at the Leeds Festival (hahahahah to those of you who haven't) They were awesome. As soon as the start up noise came on and Corey's intro (You have nothing to contribute to this so saty the fuck out of it) came on the croud went mental, than Joey walked on and the rest of them, then Eyeless kicked in and the croud just went insane. Mosh pits the size of foolball pitches sprung up from everywhere and croud surfers feel from the sky like rain. It was incredible and a deffinite recomendation for any Metal Head out there who wants to hear something heavy whilst having their neck snapped by a croud surfer who couldn't be arsed. Their AWESOME.

Deicide
The Forefathers in Death Metal, these people have thrived on been the ultimate enemy of the Church, their goal in life is to eradicate Christianity and make people worship them Deicide. Every album and every song they have made has in some way quetioned the Christian Faith and they wont stop until they die. With the same line up today as was with them on their first album Deicide, thay have become one of Roadrunners best sign ups. Their new album Insinerathym continues where Serpants of the Light left off. The hardness of their music and the gut wrenching lyrics all contribute to the over all effect that makes you question the whole point of Religion. If you want a good example of Deicide putting the Christian Faith down then there is no better way then the song Blame it on God, directly blaming all the world suffering on God. They gig heavily spreading the message to all their fans that 'God is Dead, Deicide Rules'. Their albums include, Deicide, Serpants of the Light, When Satan Rules his World, Insinerathym and Once Upon the Cross.

The Band
The line up is made of four people, Glen Benton on vocals and Bass, Eric Hoffman and brother Brian on lead Guitar and Steve Ashein on drums.
